Overview
The purpose of an internship is to provide real-world experience that enables the intern to put everything he/she learned into action. An internship can help the candidate gain skills that can be applied to future jobs. Intern will have the chance to learn valuable work skills and gain useful HR experience through the tasks assigned to him/ her.
Responsibilities
Develops & Circulates HR documentation, meetings & weekly communications.
Ensures proper updated database & personnel filing for employees.
Supports tracking & reporting in HR core processes.
Works closely with Sr. Specialists on their processes, maintains templates, prepares simple documents, and works on knowledge articles for employees.
Experience you’ll bring:
Fresh graduate (0-1 years of experience in a similar field).
Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Fluent English (written, spoken, read)
