Job Purpose
The Role will be responsible to drive all sales numbers as per STP for all products including liabilities, assets, credit cards, Insurance & investments in addition to the business focused segments premier banking, local business and Retail.
Key Accountabilities
Effectively act as the first point of contact for the branches, filter assess and redirect calls, inquiries & E-mails to the relevant person/dept.
Work closely with Branch network Director and Regional Heads to ensure smooth workflow.
Work with other stakeholders to develop and implement the best service within a controlled environment.
Responsible for All CBE correspondences relating to Branches.
Managing inquiries with Admin & Facilities team for the existing branches and/or new opening ones.
Handling with Admin our budget preparation & follow up with procurement.
Organizing Head of Branches calendar, MoM & following up on assigned tasks to ensure execution.
Organizing Events through Introducing and launching performance & recognition programs to help motivate staff and create a healthy competitive environment taking reward decisions within the bank guidelines.
Effectively handling the Deposits Report with Treasury dept.& negotiating pricing in addition to handling the Trade Finance Report (Pricing, consolidation sheets) with all concerned parties.
Presentations & Analysis reports preparation (for business Review and Monthly ones).
Successful handling of all approvals assigned to Head of Branches Network (PRs, EPs, IT requests & Funds, staff Loans, Permissions).
Handling customers complaints professionally when reached Head of Branches Office.
Handling internal inquiries for all branches.
Collect & Consolidate data needed for business reports to be submitted to Executive Level.
Responsible for all preparation/docs. needed for Fully Secured Credit facilities approvals.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
