Responsibilities

Provide financial services solutions to the current client base
Identify and acquire new clients
Broaden existing client relationships (greater share of wallet, higher cross sell ratios)
Establish sales and revenue targets for existing and new client relationships
Provide clients with comprehensive advisory services:
Investment Advisory: Advising clients related to specific products and services

Portfolio Advisory: Advising clients with regards to overall portfolio construction

based on asset allocation methodology

Develop comprehensive customized financial plans based on client risk profiles
Continuous monitoring of client portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing)
Research competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas
Escalate customer suggestions/concerns to the Country/Region head
Providing the highest level of customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) in order to have clients ownership
Mentoring Assistant Relationship Managers
Retain Client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and all issues related to client)

Qualifications

2-4 years in relationship management and sales of financial/investment products with a leading international / regional private bank. Proven record of building relationships and closing business.
Bachelors Degree from a recognized university .
Relevant professional certifications (eg. CF21 “Investment Advisor”), CFA a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
