Job description
Monitor All the Hotels financial activities and make sure that its follows the approved process and is recorded accurately.
Prepare an up to date Financial Position Sheet for the Hotel with detailed Revenue and operating expenses.
Perform a Random Audit checks on the Hotels systems front office and have a permanent access on all the systems Backoffice.
Monitor All the Tenants Sales Transactions and have access on their Point Of Sales Systems.
Prepare an up to date Revenue Reports for all Tenants working with the Revenue Share system supported with system reports of each Tenant.
Responsible for recording the Rent Revenues for All Tenant working with the Revenue Share system on the ERP System.
Responsible for Following up due Rent Payments with All Tenants and prepare a Report for outstanding dues on each Tenant and its Aging.
Act as The Finance department representative in the preopening phase for each Tenant working with the Revenue Share system to make sure that all the control procedures exists to monitor the Tenants Sales Revenues.
Responsible for reporting any violation done by the Tenants to manipulate their Sales Revenues to Decrease the paid Rent.
**Will be required to work in North Coast During the summer Season to monitor all the Tenants and Hotels operating There.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree of Accounting .
Work Experience:
4 to 7 years of relevant experience (Hotels Background ).
Special Requirement:
Hotels Background is a MUST
PC Knowledge:
Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point).
Personal skills:
Excellent communication , interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Smart Village 6th of October ; ( North Coast during the 3 Month of summer season )
