Job requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree of business administration or any relevant degree
2. 4-6 years of experience in call center field.
3. Experience in the call center is preferred
4. Skilled in MS Office and CRM
5. Strong coaching, leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.

Job responsibilities :

1. Participate in maintaining the level of service provided by the call center and agreed upon to ensure providing the best service to the customer.
2. Communicate with the various departments of the company when necessary to ensure that the best service is provided as soon as possible.
3. Monitor the quality of calls with customers to reach the level of the service provided.
4. Monitoring time of all call center activities and performance indicators using workforce monitoring systems with immediate action to improve service level.
5. Communicate with customers in the event of escalation of the complaint with the aim of providing the highest level of service provided and maintaining customer satisfaction.
