Missions and Responsibilities
Act as the 1st point of contact for the functional and technical support to end-users in all systems in scope
Manage the documentation and maintain the know-how in terms of using applications to support the business
Attend to meetings / Events and reviews between end-users and IS Team
Manage sub projects related to incidents and requests
Effectively Resolve and manage user issues and requests on the ticketing support system, follow up on delayed items and proper reporting
Competencies and Profile
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or similar field
0-2 years of experience in Application Technical Support and troubleshooting
Documentation of projects, required solutions architecture is a plus
Information system / ERP knowledge
