Identify existing and potential CIB clients
Manage CIB client relationships in a way to achieve set targets
Ensure steadiness and growth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneous Growth)
Assess clients requirements and needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Identify and report market opportunities
Follow up any unresolved issue’s concerning credit facilities and escalate any other related issues to the concerned departments.
Allocate targets set by segment head and assign relationships to RMs.
Motivate, support and coach RMs on regular basis.
Min 8 years Banking experience in relationship management, of which 3 years experience in a team leader/managerial role.
Thorough understanding of the full range of banking products and services
Fluency in English.
Ability to develop relationships with companies at all management level
