The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training & development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, ordering, merchandising, inventory management, and supervision of staff employees.
Engaged with vendors and suppliers in order to ensure execution of product promotions, high merchandising standards, and appropriate inventory levels.
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Create an innovative sales strategy and incentive program that increased sales and developed a program to ensure quality and consistent training for all new employees

Followed proper standards for food safety and sanitation
Maintained positive working relationships with vendors and corporate office personnel
Ensured compliance with applicable laws, governing agencies, company policies, and contractual agreements.
Maintained inventory, banking and cash transactions, and ordering and stocking merchandise.

Profession Qualifications

A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position in Convenience Store or FMCG retail sector .
Target and sales focused, customer oriented
Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Innovative and pro-active person with excellent communication skills
Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools
