Job Purpose:
Responsible for following up the repairs and service maintenance of customers’ owned vehicles
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle the maintenance in the workshop
Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities
Handle diagnoses and preliminary diagnoses on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids
Document diagnosis methods and processes
Contact the customer for additional information on the malfunction
Provide the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assist/ guide him to solve the problem
Contact technical support department in case of complex technical problems
Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock
Handle the training and development of technicians in the division
Contact the warranty department to ensure the time allowed for warranty and goodwill work is met
Handle concluding function and quality checks to ensure the sustainability of the repair
Handle technical products reports on vehicle faults, description of causes and measures
Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs
