Al Ahly Tamkeen is now hiring "Senior Administration Specialist" :
Responsibilities:
-       Prepare and maintain documents and reports.
-       Make travel arrangements including airline and hotel reservation for employees.
-       Organise training, client meetings, team meetings and events as needed.
-       Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.
-       Review and approve the expense reports.
-       Review and revise the work order for administration staff daily.

Qualifications:
-       Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or any related discipline.
-       4: 6 years of experience in office management, administrative assistance, or project management.
-       Knows about Office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
-       Excellent Planning and Organisational Skills.
-       Excellent Time Management Skills.
-       Strong command of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
-       B1 – C1 English Language proficiency.
