Site Name: Egypt - Giza - Giza
Job Purpose:
Lead the Day to Day deliverables (EHS /Quality/ Service/ cost / people) in compliance with GSK standards (Safety / Quality).
Ensure the discipline and rules implementation.
Supervise & Utilize the resources for all work activities in Semi-Solid Area (Manufacturing & Filling)
Responsiveness’ in reporting & solving for operational problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Timely production of good quality product in safe manner.
Supervision of all Semi-Solid area activities (Manufacturing & Filling) areas operation with good efficiency and labor control.
Provide guidance to a team of Semi-Solid Foremen/Line Leaders/Machine Operators.
Collate and supply data to facilitate preparation of daily /monthly production and productivity.
Report any machinery malfunctions to Engineering department
Utilize the Semi-Solid area resources to ensure the efficiency of the process and targets delivery.
Understanding and contributing to overall VS Plans.
Managing conflicting priorities in Semi-Solid areas that support the business.
Ensure that the continuous updating in the all operating procedures to fulfill all the regulations (safety/ Quality).
Reducing waste, inventory and cycle time across their operations .
Influencing the strategy through GPS & Tiered escalation.
Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required:
University Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 years of Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of GMP industry.
Ability to solve operational problems quickly.
Good supervision and communication skills.
Ability to train operators and provide them with right direction.
Excellent command of the English language
Good Computer Skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate must demonstrate Leadership skills,CI thinking and risk assessment .
Excellent problem solving Skills.
Ability and the flexibility to work the night shift.
