Job Description
Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investment is looking to hire Purchasing Administrator with below responsibilities,
Handle all small- medium sized vendors
Handle purchasing requisition
Negotiate for required “ Prices, terms, dates, …” with suppliers
Handle items delivery, insurance claims for missing & accounts payable items follow up
Receive and review statement accounts and verify it versus received orders and sending orders to finance
Issue payment request with coordination with finance department
Submit weekly report on system for all orders with actual lead time versus target
Coordinate with finance & warehouse for the delivery matters
Enrich database of suppliers (local/international)
Compare between suppliers' quality, time, costs...etc.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree of reputable university
1-2 years’ experience in purchasing field
