Job description

Candidate will be implementing marketing strategies designed by the Marketing Director to promote El Gouna's Real Estate projects, while collaborating with the hotels and sales teams with the objective of attracting new community members to El Gouna.

Responsibilities

Contribute to and execute marketing communications initiatives including and not limited to ATL & BTL campaigns, social site presence, public relations, internal communication, brand communications and social events that positively affect the brand.
Ensure the development of new communication campaigns and programs aimed at creating brand growth and loyalty.
Arrange and implement media relations and media coverage campaigns related to El Gouna Real Estate projects and organize photo shoots.
Handle the production of marketing materials, including but not limited to leaflets, posters, flyers... etc.
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Support the Marketing Director and other colleagues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Business Administration.
Ideal experience: 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
Language: Fluency in Arabic & English.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
