Maintenance Planner At Juhayna Food Industries|Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Location: 6th of October, Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
Manage spare parts and alignment between the maintenance department and spare parts warehouses.
Constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures and minimize interference with production schedules.
Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and other departments in the plant.
Determine the tools and supplies needed for each different type of machine also ordering and keeping spare parts for various machines are available based on pending loss statistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering or related field
0 to 1 years relevant experience in mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 1 year in FMCGs factories.
Strong problem solving, technical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication
SAP user is a plus.
