Extensive correspondence management including e-mails, internal and external information exchanges
Assist in preparing presentations or meeting notes for meetings by coordinating the content and/or power point slides with other colleagues
Develop the agenda for and organize meetings, conference calls Cycle meetings, Business reviews arrangement on the country level & Regional meeting in alignment with regional team organizer & other confidential work end to end solutions to administrative requirements, arrangements
Handle Commercial Lead’s travel expenses and to direct to responsible department and managing the Commercial Lead organizing of his calendar
Support Brand team in distributing and tracking promotional materials and support Regulatory function in terms of MOH letters as required and handle the documentation needed
Responsible for the department’s filing system to ensure efficiency & keep all documents files updated. Manage and update Country’s share point repository
Prepare and manage local promotional conference and internal training events for the sub region, including the travel requirements for KOLs and speakers.
Assist the sub region and National Sales Manager in scheduling and coordinating interviews and the recruitment process with HR//Business partner
Prepare and initiate all relevant forms for external events on YourDocs, AnyDocs, as well as prepare POs on MICE and SRM for relevant Sub region Activities.
Prepare and ensure the availability of office stationary for the division and Coordinate courier services and facility department activities

Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or relevant -preferable English section

Skills/ Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant reporting directly to a senior management
Fluent in English language (writing and communication)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
