Job Description
Supporting customers in using our ERP system, Edara.
Responsibilities
Resolve product or service problems.
Clarify customers’ complaints, determine the cause of the problem, and select and explain the best solution. Then follow up to ensure resolution of the issue.
Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
Answer customers’ questions via our chat and investigate their issues via phone, email, or chat.
Handle complaints.
Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.
Report any bugs to the QA team.
Check new features and resolved issues in every release note.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent field is a MUST.
Experience in using Excel and/or Accounting software is a big plus
Experience as an Accountant is a big plus
Excellent Command of English
Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent soft skills/handling skills
