Customer Care and Logistics Specialist At Mars
Job Purpose
Effectively plan and manage supply for all categories. The key accountability is to deliver customer service levels to (Importers & Distributors) markets through securing availability, consistently monitor and improve case-fill to trade. Job holder will be also be responsible for product availability in the local markets. This role extends beyond the daily operations to proactively influence the value chain performance through continuous pipeline optimization. The jobholder will work closely with demand planning, sales, Supply planning and Distributors.

Knowledge/Experience:
Education & Professional Qualification
A planning professional with an Engineering or economics degree or Masters in a relevant field such as supply chain management, planning or business management
Certification in APICS, IBF or other supply chain specific programs also preferred
Knowledge/Experience
Strong technical and functional skills (4+ years in supply chain – supply planning experience required)
SAP (ATLAS) expertise is preferred
Fluent English Language Skills (verbal and written)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
