Managing the customer base in the assigned territory in order to achieve annual sales targets
Building and developing relationships to ophthalmic surgeons
Demonstration, training and sales of consumables and investment goods in cataract surgery, with a focus on intraocular lenses, surgical sets and viscoelastic.
Scouting for opportunities of surgical equipment (cataract) interest and need. Generation and maintenance of leads with provided tools (CRM, excel tools, etc).
Developing action plans to achieve sales in target accounts. This includes regular OR presence, demos of products, supporting marketing activities as well as product launches.
Independent planning of account visits according to a given customer segmentation and visit frequency in accordance with the Alcon’s EIE plan, incl. documentation in CRM.
Is obligated to report any complaint (e.g., Adverse Event or Quality complaint) within 24h from the receipt
to the ASSA Regulatory Affairs department in accordance to the valid local SOPs.
Skills For Success
Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science.
Min. 2 years sales force experience in medical devices.
Motivated to promote for complex medical devices.
Results-driven, customer and solution-oriented personality with great
relationship building skills
Disciplined and well organized
responsible for Heliopolis Area.
