Job Description
Job Summary:
The MA owns the tactical operational plan for the brand from design to execution while contributing to the development of the brand/s strategy development and update. Owns specific projects that maximizes the brand
and has a standalone nature.
Major Accountabilities:
Ownership of the brand tactical planDevelopment of relevant segments in the annual brand plan.
Interacting with all customer groups/segments to gather market dynamics/insights and identify critical gaps/business opportunities in a progressive manner.
Driving flawless execution through leveraging market connectivity, FF readiness & stake-holders integration to foster alignment.
This requires spending significant time in field.
Supports Brand Manager/GPM in cycle meeting and IPS in a progressive manner.
Major Accountabilities
Co-develop the Brand strategy for medium and long term.
Minimum requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Medical background (Pharmacists/Physician)
1-2 years marketing experience.
Demonstrate strong Marketing competencies.
Demonstrate strong business analytics and understanding that ensure good capabilities in business planning.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
Good verbal and written communication skills .
Track of record in achieving business financial objectives.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.
Demonstrate strong KOLs management skills.
