Job Description:
Responsible for developing an end-to-end supply flawless operation
Conducting supply review meetings
Generating Local Weekly Supply plan of finish goods by SKU
Reviewing 18 month rolling supply forecast
Working closely with production managers to ensure availability of all SKUS in time
Work closely with marketing, sales and production for new initiatives
Manages complex planning studies, development applications
Ensure no out of stocks cases in branches
Work closely with fleet team to ensure max utilization of fleet
Work closely with export team to fulfil all export order in time with right quantities
Supervises more junior planners within organization
Owns analyzing and improving forecast accuracy through the execution of process improvements, applying sound business knowledge and applying judgment based on robust cross-functional discussions
Responsible for developing a world-class Supply Planning & Distribution organization that effectively meets the business requirements, and able to deliver ongoing improvements to the forecasting process
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in planning
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Engineering)
Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
Strong Knowledge in forecasting Techniques
Leadership and Communications Skills
SAP MRP knowledge
