Job Description
Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.
Job Description:
Demand Planning
Manage the monthly S&OP Local meeting where: Demand review, Historical sales, Logistical forecast Supply, Analytical Forecast for In-market sales, Supply crisis, Products aging, Regulatory variation and Replenishment plans are reviewed
Supply Planning
Develop To-Mkt plan considering the business updates discussed over the S&op, respecting to the supply lead-times keeping the targeted coverage required
Monitor monthly Stocks within the target inventory and ensure healthy Stocks levels
Sales Projections for quarter & follow with DF
Update the To-Mkt forecast and send to MMD on monthly basis
Manage the NPL and update the NPL tracking tool ( I-launch) to ensure on time launches
Customer Service / Order mgmt.
Conduct a monthly review meeting with Importers and toll manufacturers to review supply plan, forecast, stocks and get the required firm orders
Follow up the shipments execution with the DMSCF , insuring its dispatch on the scheduled time and in full quantities
Closely monitor the supply of the cold chain items. Controlling its freight timing between DHL & the customer to avoid shipment destruction.
Update shipments tracker to keep track of all shipments since dispatch till delivery
Close follow up with the customers on the clearance process to resolve any documentation obstacles without delay impacting product availability
Work closely with RA & distribution teams to solve any issues impacting product availability & supply
Act as back-up for OTC activities (customer compensations, Sales accruals, true-ups ….etc)
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Supply chain, Business, Engineering, finance)
Minimum Relevant Experience to perform the position: 1-3 years experience in supply chain field
Proficient spoken and written command of the English language
Strong leadership skills & communication Skills
Strong logical and analytical thinking
Problem solving Skills through innovation and creativity
