Senior Loyalty, Partnering & Activation Officer At ALEXBANK
Act as our brand / loyalty guardian at partners stores nationwide. Will be responsible for the following:
- Manage our relationship with our partners across all (Retail, Fashion, Tourism and Grocery categories across all regions in Egypt).
- Identify potential partnerships with merchants in-line with ALEXBANK loyalty strategy and pillars.
- Develop necessary Point of Sales Materials /branding initiatives to maximize our visibility at partners stores
- Monitor and evaluate loyalty partner/agency roll out plans through mystery shopping visits and recommendation of improvements as needed.
· Deliver post campaign reports and provide strategic analysis on campaign performance (redemption rates, trends, penetration amongst key markets etc…)
· Troubleshoot customer redemption issues / complaints and provide swift resolution.
-Participate in the development of the customer Loyalty Experience and ensure application of best practice methodologies in line with ALEXBANK’s loyalty strategy.

· Good with numbers and ability to create or work with matrices.
· Basic financial understanding is a must (basic P&L, ability to calculate marketing ROI and manage campaign investments vs. returns…).
· Mobility across all regions in Egypt
