Job description
To implement in-process control for critical production steps. Check and maintain GMP compliance as required.
Responsibilities
Perform in-process control for production steps
Check compliance of production batch records before QA release as per relevant checklist.
Review SOPs and batch protocols before issuing.
Collect necessary data and issue Annual Product Quality Review for each RM-BG's final bulk.
Perform self-inspection to check cGMP rules implementation in production areas, WH and labs.
Proper implementation of Document Control System and follow-up revision plans.
Follow up implementation of SMART CAPAs till closure and collect objective evidences to demonstrate CAPAs/ actions closure and ensure proper CAPA effectiveness.
Perform any additional tasks as requested related to the field of employment.
Qualifications
Experience from 0-3 years.
Bachelor’s degree in sciences (biotechnology) or Pharmaceutical Science.
Computer literate.
Proficient in English Language.
