Capiter is a b2b marketplace that brings together FMCGs, Wholesalers and merchants to the same platform, enabling merchants to order their products through the e-commerce platform and receive credit on their purchases. As of today it’s serving +20k merchants and +150 FMCGs and wholesalers.The focus is to create value for merchants and improve their income.

The position
The Purchasing Specialist Will follow up on the purchasing process from end to end
Responsibilities:
Act as purchasing specialist
Follow up with different vendors and suppliers the POs from issue to delivery.
Follow up with the suppliers the failures POs.
Follow up with WH team the receiving process on ground
Follow up with WH team the receiving on the system
To make sure that everything we received on ground is on the system with the same quantity
Monitor the stock movement on ground and on the system
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Fresh graduated or experience from 1-2 years.
Ability to work under pressure and for a long time.
Ability to act as a team member.
Good in using excel and ERP system
Reports to: Purchasing Manger
