Need to Hire: Production Shift Leader
Location: 10th of Ramadan
Main Duties:
1. Ensures that production overall targets are properly met / Keeps material and time wastage to the minimum / Ensures full utilization of machines and equipment
2. Implement to complete improve action as planned project with subordinated.
3. Investigate main problem in own shift and making plan for improvement with Subordinate.
4. Report urgent issue and continuous problems to Supervisor including JPSV.
5. Implement factory Strategy and action plan within target period.
Requirements:
- Faculty of Engineering – preferred Production Section
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in production, preferably with a reputable hygienic manufacturing company.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good in computer skills (Word, Excel).
- Basic management skills (Planning, Organizing, Controlling, Leading).
- Very Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and independent worker.
