Respond to and resolve product or service problems that clients are experiencing.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: live chat, email, phone, etc.
Attract and retain clients by answering inquiries and providing suggestions to the clients.
Identify and assess the client's needs through active listening to achieve satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with teammates to solve client issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Report client complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Fluency in English is a must.
A customer service background is preferred.

Flexible with rotational shifts and can cope with a fast-paced work environment.
