Office Manager At Coca-Cola Bottling Egypt
Job Responsibility:
· Provide proactive diary management and co-ordination of meetings / calls.
· Scheduling meetings; determining the purpose of the meeting and time that will be required and ensuring all relevant meeting documents are available prior to the meeting and takes minutes of meeting
· Demonstrate excellent email etiquette, concise and accurate communications
· Email a daily activity report to Principals
Qualifications & Work Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration (English Section)
· Maximum total years of experience: 6 years as a personal assistant /office manager is a must.
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
· Excellence knowledge of MS Office.
