Job description:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
Write training manuals.
Train computer users.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
Walk customer through problem-solving process.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Clean up computers.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

IT- Admin Assistant
-Job description:
Organize communications between IT departments and other Depts.
Review, monitor all IT related Inventory, stock, Invoices, documents.
Follow-up for all ongoing PRs and track all delivered materials
Responsible for preparing IT assets for new Employees (Laptops, Emails, SIM Cards, etc ) .
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Research and creates presentations
Generate reports
Handle multiple projects, follow-ups and tracking

Infrastructure Network system engineer
Job description:
Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation

-Job description:
Hands on experience on Symantec Endpoint Protection
Knowledge of Endpoint Security agent such us Carbon Black, Forcepoint DLP, Cisco Umbrella, Device Lock etc.
Knowledge of managing the computers remotely using remote management tool such as NetOp.
Understanding of Active Directory & Group Policy.
Knowledge of managing desktop’s local user’s and groups.
Ensure the patching is Up To Date for the endpoints in co-ordination with SCCM admin.
Ensure Printer hardening is complied.
Ensure Endpoint hardening is complied.
Ensure all the IP enabled devices are updated with latest firmware/OS patches etc.
