 SCM-Procurement / Supply Chain Logistics

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will manage all logistical activities in order support Customer Services incl Customer Care Center, Technical Support and the field force.

You will meet required financial targets; that all assets are appropriately stored, maintained, calibrated and protected.

You will ensure that all warehouse facilities are maintained for professional appearance and meeting technical, certification & QSE requirements.

You will check and maintain the availability of service parts within the global CS Logistic Centers and external logistic provider.

You will synchronize and escalate part orders if the availability is negative and according CS guidelines.   

You will initiate and control activities for import and export of spare parts.

You will interface to external logistic provider and warehouses.

You will Return process control and monitoring

You will Monitor the entire logistic process according defined parameter

You will Generate weekly performance and inventory reports for management"                    

You will Escalate incorrect return handling according defined measurements"             

You will Install and maintain a tool inventory data base in the ERP (SPIRIDON) system

You will Interface to Quality Department for calibration activities and monitoring

You will Generate inventory report for tool and test equipment"              

You will be the point of contact for Approval management, Shipment document administration, Transportation management.                                                                                    

Your qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering

Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Logistics.

Deep knowledge of SAP system.

Good understanding of order and return management processes and practices.

Strong level of English communication
