Responsibilities
§ Ensuring correct and efficient ordering process by receiving MPR from requester, validating data, and send to procurement to ensure correct order from first time.
§ Track vendors purchase orders execution to ensure on time delivery for hardware, software and services per vendor committed lead time as per the purchase order.
§ Escalate any lead time slippage or delays early enough to project managers and procurement.
§ Control customs clearance process by ensuring on time availability of required documents for customs clearance agent all the way till shipments are out of customs
§ Keep shipments register for tracking and controlling the customs clearance process
§ Ensure proper inventory tracking for all project’s material.
§ Manage domestic freight required for the projects.
§ Preparing due IPCs, collect internal approvals and send it to back office to execute Goods receipt “GRs” in the system.
§ Keep track of purchase orders financially to ensure all purchase orders are booked and received correctly in the books
Qualifications
§ Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent
§ 1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics
§ Strong skills in Office 360.
§ Very Good command of English.
