Key Account Manager - Oncology - Upper Egypt At Novartis
•Role is based in Upper Egypt preferable Assuit or Sohag
•To support the achievement of Novartis business goals by implementing value-based solution with designated Key Account customers
•To be responsible for the achievement of KAM P&L targets on assigned accounts
•To establish Novartis as the preferred partner of choice with assigned Key Accounts
•To support the creation of a customer-centric approach across Upper Egypt
•Sets business plans, priorities, budgets and performance objectives for assigned Key Accounts to be approved Head of KAM and Market Access
• Ensures cross-functional understanding of these plans with Marketing, Sales, Market Access and other key functions.
•Allocates resources across Key Accounts to meet the business plan.
•Ensures fulfillment of contractual obligations with Key Accounts
•Acts as point of integration for services across the Novartis portfolio in specific Key Accounts
•Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
•Provides expert insight into the local healthcare system, legislation and their impact on Key Accounts.
•Experience with innovative pharmaceuticals or medical products market
•Key Account Management experience is a plus
•3 or more years of operational experience in customer-facing roles
•Demonstrated operational skills and performance delivery, ideally in leading change
•Establishing and managing strategic partners
