Junior Embedded Software Engineer At El-Araby Group
Job Purpose
Designing, developing, coding, testing and debugging system software of home appliances products and analyzing and enhancing product efficiency and stability.Job Responsibilities
Meeting with clients, designers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements.Designing program architecture based on project requirements and hardware specifications.
Writing software code, embedded programs, and system protocols.
Conducting tests on the embedded software systems to ensure proper integration.
Troubleshooting embedded systems and diagnosing errors, malfunctions, or inefficiencies.
Implementing effective repairs, modifications, and upgrades to the embedded code.
Liaising with design and engineering teams to ensure process alignment.
Managing project timelines and reporting any delays or issues to the supervisor.
Generating diagnostic reports, technical manuals, and software development documentation.
Maintaining embedded software systems and performing maintenance as needed.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.(2-4) years of experience in a relevant field.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
9 months ITI embedded SW track is recommended.
Experience with SW Testing is a plus.
Proven working experience in software engineering.
Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
Solid programming experience .
Proven experience in embedded systems design with multitasking real-time Requirements.
Good knowledge of Driver Development & Serial Protocols.
Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and datasheets for components.
Good command of English language is a must.
Strong documentation and writing skills.
Research new technologies and constantly update his/her technical knowledge and skills.
Research, design, implementation of innovative manufacturing solutions, review, timely project submission, and high quality specifications.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
Highly organized, analytical, and has an eye for details.
Strong analytical skills Good mathematical skills.
