Responsiblities:
As IT Supporter, you will be responsible for executing the on-site IT services and support, while leading on the local IT infrastructure and security. Providing training for the users across the different IT areas and software’s, maintaining and updating the HW inventory while leading the installation and deployment of the HW. Assisting and collaborating in various IT implantation projects. Actively participating in the GITO virtual IT team set-up. Providing IT services and solutions to the Affiliate staff and management team.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a University degree in IT/Computer Science, and up to 2 years’ experience within a similar function.
Experience working within a matrix reporting structure is considered a plus. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, can take initiative, work independently and fluent in both written/spoken English and Arabic. You are result-oriented and driven with a flexible attitude, being mobile in the national territory and international as well. ITTIL certification would be a plus.
