Job description
•Responsible for Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.•Responsible for providing users with technical support for all IT equipment and facilities (printers, notebooks, and PCs.) in order to secure the daily business operations and activities.
•Responsible for installing hardware and software systems.
•Responsible for Installing and supporting the roll-out of new applications.
•Responsible for Generating new accounts and emails for current or newly hired users and installing the required software and operating system on different PCs and dealing with password issues.
•Responsible for conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
•Responsible for setting up computer security measures.
•Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to staff located outside the Company’s premises either through phone calls or on site visits.
•Responsible for Following up and coordinate with users regarding the required updates and maintenance for the software & hardware.
•Responsible for Developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software.
•Responsible for Installing and configuring relevant network components to ensure database access as well as database consistency and integrity.
