Job Role:

 Handle the MNP requests for VIP customers (CEO Referrals, CXO Referrals, Celebrates.etc )

Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work.

 Reporting and analysis related to MNP requests

 Enhance after selling service & provide total customer satisfaction.

Handle customers' inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.

 Upsell Etisalat products and services

 Handles and organizes all daily requests between related needed Channel and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective workflow.

 Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments ( MNP team , Sales Team ,Fraud, Back Office, Consumer Collection...Etc) to secure planned work progress.

 Increase Consumer customers' base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department's sales objectives.

Resolves and minimizes consumer customer's problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.

 Be involved in the bidding process

 Creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points.

 Takes responsibility—Accepts responsibility for outcomes of one's work; with focus on accurate high quality operations daily routine, processes and workflows.

Essential Qualifications and Experience • University Degree in retailed field.

• Fresh Grad or Minimum 1 - 2 years of Experience.

• Area of experience: Sales (in direct shops or service industry)

• Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)

• Very good computer skills.

• Good communications skills.

• Good selling & negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a team. Desirable Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in handling customers complaints
