Engineering Manager At Minlo

Minlo is currently hiring “Engineering Manager “with an attractive salary

·Design Projects policies and procedures in line with the company strategic directions.
·Manage and transfer the ideal new product design into 2D and 3D and follow up prototype manufacturing for needed approvals.
· Follow up on all new projects or current products’ development from Engineering perspective to ensure that all milestones are delivered as scheduled.
·Manage the civil engineering operations (Feasibility study, Projects coordination, tenders and follow up on the final project delivery).
· Handle Mold commissioning either at mold manufacturer’s premises or in shop floor to ensure its efficiency and matches the Quality and technical specs.
·Coordinate the engineering drawings for selected products with Mold providers.
· Set Purchasing plan and priorities for the concerned department purchasing requirements.
·  Identify alternative technical engineering suppliers with the effective cost and quality standards.

A perfect candidate should have previous experience 10-12 years as an Engineering Manager, in FMCG also Consumer Goods industry, Presentable, Hard worker, Organized & Accountable.
