Job descriptionWe’re looking for a dedicated, well-spoken Employee Placement Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Section -HR Department.
Ultimately, a top-notch Employee Placement Specialist should be a great communicator with a passion for interacting with new people and multitasking.
Job Purpose & Duties:
The ultimate goal is to organize, facilitate, and make efficient the employee placement and joining process for new hires in every aspect in order to maintain and enhance Mansour employer brand image and employee engagement.
Main Duties would include, but are not limited to:
Help new employee gather and submit his/her hiring documents and make sure that all necessary paperwork is processed at the right time in the right manner.
Submit new employee‘s joining status and date to all concerned stakeholders and ensure joining date is optimized without unnecessary delay.
Work with concerned departments (HR, Admin, IT) to prepare all work tools related to PC/Laptop, IT user accounts, bus route arrangement, business cards, uniform, PPE, etc…
Initiate preliminary onboarding activities related to the company and the employee’s direct team to speed-up the new employee’s performance and productivity.
Negotiation and personal selling skills

Good organizational and time management skills (multitasking)
