    JOB PURPOSE


·     Managing Bank investments portfolio in Affiliates & Subsidiaries & Available for Sale Companies to ensure increased profitability and grow the portfolio to optimum levels return to shareholders.


·     Ensure conducting all required procedures & analysis within all bank’s company to enhance the decision making criteria at the General Assembly Meetings (GAM).


·     Support bank's boards representatives with decisions taken at board meetings.


·     Interface closely with under-liquidation Companies liquidators.


·     Coordinate with founder agent to ensure that new establishing companies are adequate and appropriate with laws and regulations & bank policy.


·     Follow up on completion of all portfolio selling decisions (shares or assets).


·      Provide constant feedback to Head of sector & all related departments managers regarding bank companies.


·     Manage key relationships with various external consultants.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Monitor the performance of Bank’s companies to enhance optimum levels for shareholder.

Attending company’s GAM & coordinates with other bank’s companies representatives to ensures proper decisions regarding GAM Agenda.

Following up bank companies BOD’s meetings & agenda.

Ensure Complete Implementation of bank decisions regarding portfolio selling shares & assets.

Ensure proper documented handover in case of establishing new companies according to bank policy.

Following up under liquidation companies & Liquidate non performing bank companies.

JOB CONTEXT- Working environment & Conditions


Adjusting the legal documentation problems of non performing bank companies & Under liquidation companies.

Bank’s companies Delayed in paying Cumulative Taxes & insurance and other Governmental expenses.

Lack control in companies decisions depending on weak bank shares.

QUALIFICATIONS-

Academic and professional qualifications


BA in Economics/Accounting/Business

 


Experience and other requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of different entities legal aspects and establishment stages & laws.


Comprehensive knowledge of Stock Exchange instructions.


years of experience

Minimum 15 Years’ experience in investments & Financial Analysis

High Analytical skills.

Excellent Communication skills.

Excellent People Management Skills.
