As part of the Data team, you will be one of the very first hires helping us achieve our vision. Help us build the most updated platform for educational institutions, universities programs, and scholarships worldwide. We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist. Working closely with our sales team, you will enable our university partners by bringing their profiles and their programs to life so that our student users can find them and apply to them.
You are a perfect fit if you are able to jump right into a fast-paced environment, and able to solve problems creatively. As a young start-up we value solution-oriented and self-driven individuals.
Responsible for:
Maintain our database of 40.000+ universities and 100.000+ programs.
Working closely with our sales team to gather the required information from our partners.
Understanding the needs of the student when applying for a study program.
Analyse and identify gaps and areas for improvement in data entry, input validation and the way our information is presented in the platform.
Required skills and qualifications:
Very good command of the English written and spoken language.
Ability to perform consistently and reliably in a remote working environment.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Good knowledge of using computers and data entry systems.
