Contract Administrator (Site Based) At GAMA Construction
Job Description
1- Check the terms and conditions of a new tender to highlight expected risks that affect cost and time.
2- Create nominated Subcontractors’ contracts from scratch in accordance with the main contracts’ conditions
3- Create a risk assessment report regarding the agreed upon terms and conditions of the new contract signed with the client
4- Follow up with the Project Manager in order to make sure that the contracts’ terms are being complied with.
5- Send a notice for claim to the client in case any change in the contract took place.
6- Negotiate the claims with the client to reach a win-win situation and maintain company’s rights.
7- Prepare TOC (Terms of Contract) to the client in order to hand over the finished part of the project according to the contract while tracing the variations of the current contract.
8- Issue claim letters to clients based on the contract conditions, when needed, to deliver remaining financial dues on time.
Skills
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Law
1– 3 Years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
