Job description
Oversee and manage all Digital Marketing functions including Social Media channels, Digital Media, Mobile Apps, Websites, McDelivery "E-Commerce" platforms, Email Marketing and Online Food Aggregators.

Brief JD

Responsible for the planning, strategy formulation and execution of the yearly digital calendar and budget.
Bring innovative/creative use of digital media, consumer data and technology into the brand's strategy to be ahead of the curve in line with the brand goals across various digital platforms.
Integrate online activities with off-line marketing communications plans to ensure plans provide optimal business support
Work hand-in-hand with agencies, global teams and partners to deliver effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsible for the in-store digital convenient technologies – in terms of content and user experience, such as Self-Ordering Kiosks, Digital Menu Boards, In-Store music and Wi-Fi networks.
Adhering to McDonald's digital brand standards, manage and create content, optimize for SEO/SEM
Provide training, guidance and support for restaurants to assure customer satisfaction in the areas of Digital touchpoints and Mobile Apps.
Manage the Digital team and guide them, keeping an eye on their performance to achieve the department’s overall strategy.
Work with internal teams and other functions within Marketing, Operations and IT to assure proper execution of Digital campaigns, projects and promotions.
Have a strong grasp of current Digital tools and strategies and lead integrated Digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Create Digital Campaigns to achieve Digital Sales targets on E-Commerce channels and Mobile Apps.
Analyze and identify key consumer and market insights, competition as well as track ROI measurements for Digital marketing activities, product sales and performance and report results to senior management.
Work on CRM portals to manage data and reports.
Handle and monitor CMS and website back-ends to ensure consistency and strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
Launch and manage Global projects and adapt them to local Market needs.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Strong analytic and quantitative analysis skills
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities for innovation
Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment while managing competing priorities
Track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs
Digital copywriting, design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required
Project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate
Ability to translate customer insights into successful digital marketing programs and a high degree of creativity to find new, compelling ways to reach and communicate to customers
Experience in website management/basic HTML/content management systems
Understanding of user-design, graphic design and interface principles and responsive and mobile design
Fluent in Google Analytics software
Ability to interpret and apply brand standards to online marketing initiatives
Ability to present digital marketing concepts and receive feedback
Ability to overcome obstacles quickly and directly
Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Deep interest in keeping up with digital trends that can positively impact business
