1-Electrical Design Engineer
Experience needed: 1 to 3 Years
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
- Graduation project in designing electrical distribution is a must.
- Capability of designing electrical system at buildings (Lightning, Power, Cable routing, Earthing and Lightening, Schematic diagram, Electrical room section, Light current systems)
- Performing the required calculation for Electrical works (Panel schedules, Voltage Drop, Short circuit, Phase balance, Sizing of protection devices, Cables and Trays).
- Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD (Essential) and Revit.
- Good communication skills.
- Overall grade not less than good
2-Junior Architectural Designer
Experience needed: 1 to 3 Years
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- BSc Architectural Engineering or Fine Arts.
- Good knowledge of using AutoCAD (Essential) and other modelling or graphical software as below:
• Modelling: (3D Max & Revit)
• Rendering: (3D Max or V-ray)
• Postproduction: (Photoshop or illustrator)
- Coordinates architectural design work with related engineering disciplines.
- Ability to work as a team member and capable of interpreting the requested design.
- Discipline and good behavior
- Overall grade not less than good.

3-Junior Architect (Working Drawings)
Experience needed: 2-4 Years
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Architecture is a must.
- Selected applicants should have good experience in architecture working drawings.
- Advanced AutoCAD, BIM (Revit).
- Make the required architectural amendments and changes as per the instructions.
- Proven team player with strong time management skills
- Discipline and well skilled.
- Overall grade not less than good.
