Value Added Services Engineer At Vodafone (0-2 years of experience)
Job Purpose:
To configure and customize of new and existing customer mid-sized services and the associated enablers. This is in alignment with the commercial team. Also, ensuring the right dimensioning for existing services and following up new technologies with vendors and VF-group, to highlight opportunities for services enhancement .
Job Responsibility
• Implementation and installation of new product/Upgrade/service or enhancement
• Development of new services /channels following all optimization guidelines to enhance customer NPS
• Configure & customize current IT services according to commercial needs
Technical Requirements – Qualification
• Engineering university degree or computer science
• Strong knowledge of telecom and IT field
• Good Knowledge in UNIX/Linux operating system, SQL, Java and shell scripting
• 0-2 years of experience in telecom
