Technical Services Expert At Novartis
Job Description
Operations positions -Identify key compliance issues and suggest suitable solutions and determine, together with expert units involved, measures to eliminate safety and GMP problems in the technical sector -Manage resources to ensure both retrospective and prospective qualification of engineering installations -Maintain documentation and preserve know-how regarding engineering procedures/sequences -Organize maintenance to ensure conservation of value, availability of the machines assigned -Act as contact engineer for the machines assigned, ensure appropriate management and development of the subordinate employees -Support internal and external audits -Manage ad hoc projects -Compile regulations and principles -Support building organizational culture in line with Novartis V&BOther positions -Manage and execute project in alignment with key local and global stakeholders -Execute projects according life cycle costs and project schedules -Ensure state of the art technical solutions according compliance standards and HSE regulations -Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval and implementation -Ensure sharing and leverage of best practices and expertise within the Novartis engineering community -Ensure implementation of technology strategy and the approved equipment standards and project execution standards -Support the organizational culture in line with Novartis V&B
