MISSION:
Prioritize Safety: Ensure that all workers know, adhere and utilize safety protocols, safety gear and safe working practices
Prioritize Quality: Know and strictly follow cookware products specifications within quality control measures to ensure the production of a high-quality pressed product.
Aware of presses operation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance plans
ERP capability: Can supervise the required SAP transactions
Optimization Orientation: Apply performance monitoring and optimization techniques in accordance to Groupe Seb’s OPS system
Set and oversee the production shift processes in accordance to production plan.
Coordinate manpower presence, distribution and attendance.
Optimize time utilization to maximize productivity of machinery and workers as directed to achieve production plan targets
Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
Ensure all steps forms and protocols of production startup and run are executed efficiently.
Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate and engage with machinery
Reports to Production Manager
PROFILE:
- Bachelor degree in production engineering.
- From 1-2 years of experience.
- Decision Making.
- Creative thinking.
- Following up and problem solving.
