Job Description
Drive and lead Compliance of the plant with Safety, health and environment with corporate standards & ISO requirements.
Review existing and forthcoming Safety standards, assess and advise on their likely impact on our manufacturing management systems.
Update, communicate and maintain the plant Environmental and safety records.
Managing Occupational Health program in line with Beyti Corporate guidelines.
Assure compliance of the plant and tackle complaint from authorities.
Promote, advise and assist in the development of close working relationships, with respect to Safety issues, between the plant and all relevant authorities, agencies, local communities and third parties.
Complete investigation and the actions to avoid reoccurrence of incidents.
Coordinate Safety technical external training to plant employee in accordance with local requirement.
Capturing and managing risks of the site through structured development of Task Hazard Analysis and gap analysis.
Manage all MSDS documentations and ensures appropriate measures and storage/handling recommendations are available according Beyti corporate standards.
Develop disposal procedures for site waste in line with, Beyti, and Authorities rules and procedures.
Organize internal Safety audits, walk around and coordinates among technical functions the agreed action plans.
Responsible for ISO certification of the plant.
Coordinate SAFETY projects with Beyti corporate and internal functions.
Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable University.
Prior Work Experience:
8-10 years of Relevant EHS experience.
