Job description

Extracting the required data from Data base needed for segments and portfolio analysis.
Building & developing Projects and queries on the system based on data and reports required.
Daily and periodic reports required by business team
Providing data required for ad-hoc tasks and projects related to Medium Enterprise and & Corporate Customers
Preparing campaigns criteria to be implemented on monthly basis
Follow up on the running campaigns and ad-hoc tasks achievements
Participate in new technical projects testing ( migration, modification to data model, ect..)
Generating daily MIS reports that tracking acquisitions and portfolio performance
Create , modify and store and retrieve data to produce a variety of reports.
Develop customer analyses and researches in order to support the definition of segments and sub-segments and related characteristics.
Develop Customer Insight capabilities from descriptive analysis to predictive models.

Qualifications:

Full knowledge of data warehouse tables and data mining

Good knowledge of banking products and services

SAS Enterprise guide – or SQL is a Must

Good Knowledge of CRM Applications

Excellent knowledge of MS Office
