Job description

Plug'n'Grow is a technology company that develops innovative advanced solutions in agriculture.

We are looking for an Agricultural Researcher who can:

· Provide literature review on the available soilless agriculture techniques.

· Create and analyze the baseline scenario.

· Design experiment test scenarios (Experimental design).

· Provide guidance and technical support to the experiment’s site whenever a problem arises and follows up on solution application to avoid problem recurrence.

· Perform Sensitivity analysis: Analysis of outcome rest cycles and re-design.

· Define analysis criteria/crop quality criteria.

· Expande the agriculture portfolio; researching, analyzing, and implementing new opportunities and possibilities for planting new crops.

· Proper documentation for the overall process which includes hypothesis, research findings, calculations, and recommendations based on status and research.

· Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Botany, Organic farming, agronomy, ecology is highly preferred).

· Priority is for master’s degree holders.
