R&D Project Leader At Kraft Heinz |Agriculture or Science or Engineering Vacancy
You will be responsible to:
Lead the Development activities related to NPDs project within the scope of the category. Support Product Development activities in ESG & Masterbrand projects in Egypt Portfolio (+5 products ranges) Aligning and Implementing the R&D Strategies and MEA goals Strat-plan into actions within Food Service Projects. Implement the 5 years innovation calendar and proactively new concepts. Lead the Innovation Bank for all categories and RIGHT Process implementation in MEA. Focusing on Sauces category- with supporting the Culinary Categories if needed. Lead the assigned product development and formulation projects related to NPD- Innovations- Renovations- Offload- VE- Process excellence. The owner of Sensory Marketing approvals for the benchtop trials and recipes development within the timeline. Develop and deliver new- improved or more cost-efficient products within the framework of the agreed innovation- cost-out pipeline and SC pipeline projects at the factory or at copackers. Continuously find ways to improve our processes- ways of working- capabilities. Create- develop and implement industrialized product solutions under specific projects- ensuring robust risk management and delivery of quality attributes in line with consumer’s expectation- brand foundations and guidelines Recipe formulation for Innovations & Renovations in line with target cost. Managing the deliverables and milestones within the singed off timeline R&D documents- PLM & ProjectNow. Keep all records and filing up to date for each trial across different scales. Develop good relations with the internal customers: Regulatory- Finance- Procurement- Factory teams & Marketing to support the product development projects progress. Make sure that Kraft Heinz regulations and standards are applied within the product development’s stages. Identify and implement process excellence & cost saving initiatives.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Science or Engineering. Master’s degree in food technology is a plus.
Work Experience: 3-5 years in R&D Filed in FMCGs
Language Knowledge: Fluent in English
Affinity to work in a factory environment & Ability to travel
Computer Skills: Microsoft office- dealing with ERP system- mail & report writing.
