About the Job
Perform wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, UV, GC, Melting point device, Viscometer, Conductmeter, Titroprocessor, pH meter, Balance, Furnaces, muffles , ovens, Polarimeter device, Centrifuge, Sieve analyzer and Disintegration tester)of raw materials.Perform physical testing and chemical analysis of pharmaceutical packaging material.
Sampling of raw and packaging material according to approved SOPs from warehouse.
Prepare and standardizes working standards , volumetric solutions, reagents and indicators.
Calibrate instruments according to work instructions to ensure compliance to standards.
Follows the approved controlled standard operating procedures, raw materials and packaging material specifications and test methods during test performing.
Follows the instructions of environmental, Health and Safety.
Maintain the quality control approved control records related to the daily work.
Issues and signs test certificates.
Report and participate in investigation of any OOS case or NCR.
Job Requirements
Degree in Pharmaceutical or Science.Experience required from 2 to 3 years
